Croatia is a country of waterfalls. The Krka National Park, near Sibenik, offers several waterfall sites for contemplation, going up to the north.
The Skradinski site offers a huge waterfall, very wide, accessible after a somewhat long walk.
The Roski waterfall is sumptuous, but the interest of this second site lies much more in the wide panoramic views of the Krka river. After climbing for the panoramic view, the descent and crossing of this wide stream is an unforgettable experience. Both pathways are offered just before the entrance to the car parking lot.
The much smaller and hidden Manojlovački Falls are in the far north of the national park. This quiet place is a little difficult to access, with very few tourists because these small falls are certainly less spectacular but their very isolated character makes them so charming.
